Scoped projects that fix the foundation before you scale.

How it works

Foundation first. Then scale.

The same sequence behind every engagement — because ABM and multi-touch attribution only work once the data underneath them is trustworthy.

01

Audit

Score the instance across ten dimensions and surface what's silently costing you pipeline.

02

Stabilize

Clean the database, fix deliverability, and retire the foundational risk before scaling anything.

03

Build

Scoring, routing, reporting, and campaign systems — built to a spec, not to a whim.

04

Document

Every process gets an SOP so the work is reproducible by anyone, not just the person who built it.

05

Enable

Dashboards, cadences, and training that shift the conversation from "what happened" to "why" and "next bet."

Who you're working with

A marketing-ops operator, not a slide deck.

I'm Ashley Rosulek — a marketing operations and RevOps consultant who lives inside Marketo, Salesforce, and 6sense. I've owned martech for enterprise B2B teams chasing nine-figure pipeline goals, and the through-line is always the same: the reporting has to survive scrutiny, and the process has to outlive the person who built it.

Most engagements start with an audit because that's where the truth is. From there I stabilize the foundation, build the systems that connect campaigns to pipeline, and document everything so your team keeps the leverage after I'm gone.

Questions

Before we talk.

How do engagements usually start?

Almost always with an audit. It's the fastest way to see what's actually happening in your instance, and it turns a vague "our martech feels broken" into a prioritized, health-scored roadmap. Many clients then move into a build project or a retainer from there.

Do you work with platforms other than Marketo?

Marketo Engage is home base, but I work across the connected stack — Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Marketo Measure, GA4, and BI tools — and in email platforms like Constant Contact and Mailchimp. If your CRM and MAP need to speak the same language, that's exactly the kind of work I do.

Project or retainer — which is right for me?

Projects are best for a defined outcome (an audit, a scoring rebuild, an attribution fix). Retainers are for teams that need ongoing execution and an operator who keeps the engine tuned. Plenty of clients start with a project and continue on retainer.

Can you sign an NDA and work within security review?

Yes. My background is enterprise B2B and cybersecurity, so NDAs, access controls, and security review are standard parts of how I work.

What do I actually walk away with?

Working systems and the documentation to run them — SOPs, metric dictionaries, dashboards, and roadmaps. The goal is for your team to keep the leverage, not to make you dependent on me.
